I need to go back to eating watermelons. I went a bit overboard last time and it kinda put me off it for a while but I noticed how flat my stomach area was whenever I did have it.

Watermelon is good, it is one of my favourites. As usual we need to eat everything in moderation.

hahaha yeah I really struggle with moderation when it comes to food. I either go all in or not at all! But I think I am making progress and have started to introduce a lot more things in my diet so I don’t get bored of having one thing too often.
