Kale , Broccoli & Cauliflower Vegemix #JustThreeSeries

Kale – 1 Bunch
Broccoli- 11/2 Bunches
Cauliflower – 1 Bunch
Chicken – Grilled or Smoked
Ginger- Medium size (Gated)
Garlic- 5 pieces
Salt & spices to taste.
How to Cook.
- Wash your Kale , Broccoli & Cauliflower thoroughly, thrice is advisable
- Cut the vegetables into smaller bits.
- Peel your onions , wash and cut into bits
- Peel the ginger and grate using your handy grater.
- Peel the garlic and dice.
- Add a small quantity of olive oil into your saucepan and allow to heat for a 2 minutes.
- Add Onion, Garlic, Ginger and stir
- Add salt and spices to taste.
- Add Prawns and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.Add the cut chicken and stir.
- Add Broccoli and stir.
- Add Kale and stir
- Add Cauliflower and stir.
- Allow to cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy with small portion of brown rice, quinoa or just like that.
