Kale – 1 Bunch

Broccoli- 11/2 Bunches

Cauliflower – 1 Bunch


Chicken – Grilled or Smoked

Onions- 2

Ginger- Medium size (Gated)

Garlic- 5 pieces

Chili powder.

Olive oil.

Salt & spices to taste.

How to Cook.

  1. Wash your Kale , Broccoli & Cauliflower thoroughly, thrice is advisable
  2. Cut the vegetables into smaller bits.
  3. Peel your onions , wash and cut into bits
  4. Peel the ginger and grate using your handy grater.
  5. Peel the garlic and dice.
  6. Add a small quantity of olive oil into your saucepan and allow to heat for a 2 minutes.
  7. Add Onion, Garlic, Ginger and stir
  8. Add salt and spices to taste.
  9. Add Prawns and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.Add the cut chicken and stir.
  10. Add Broccoli and stir.
  11. Add Kale and stir
  12. Add Cauliflower and stir.
  13. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.
  14. Serve and enjoy with small portion of brown rice, quinoa or just like that.
