Detoxify+++ (Orange, Lemon, Lime, Grapefruit & Coconut Water) #5DaysDetoxProgram

 

 

On the the 3rd day of my detox program this week, i started my day with this juice, i loved it and i am sure it helped my body  with the process of getting rid of some toxins in my body. 

You too can try it out and let me know what you feel about it.

Ingredients

Orange – 3 (Squeeze the juice)
Lemon – 1 (Squeeze the juice)
Lime – 1 (Squeeze the juice)
Grapefruit – 1 (Squeeze the juice)
Coconut Water- 2 Cups

Mix all together , serve on ice and enjoy , it is best taken as the first thing in the morning to have the maximum effect on your body.

My poo and urine were the empirical evidence that it worked.

There are so many ways to motivate your self. What you have to figure out is what works for you. Everyone’s different so what works for your friend may not work for you.

For example, no matter how hard I try, I cannot motivate myself to workout early in the morning. But my sister has no problem going for a five mile run at 5:30 am in the morning. Even in the winter! In New Jersey! By the waterside! That’s cold + wind. I’ll pass on that thanks.

I have found some ways to motivate myself and I’m now able to fit at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. It took me YEARS to do this. I’m not over exaggerating. I’m the queen of excuses lol. If the weather’s bad I’d make an excuse. If I was sore from the previous days workout I’d make an excuse…

I have been asked by many foreign friends about Food Recommendations in Hanoi. This list dedicated to everyone who did, do, and will visit our capital. My aim is to write and make a diversified and new version of Hanoi must-try food list, which is different with ones I have seen many times on social media or news.

SuperPower Salad @ Grll’d #FoodReview

I was out yesterday to have some fun and explore Ipswich, a beautiful city 40 km outskirt of Brisbane in Queensland.

So after a good swim (playing with water), at the Robelle Domain lagoon, Springfield Central I decided it was time for lunch.

After a quick browse of the different restaurants and cafes located in the Orion Springfield central mall, we settled for ‘Grll’d’, a cafe with specialty in burgers and salads. I had a cook glance at their menu looking for something healthy to eat. Grill’d as stated on their menu, “uses 100 % grass fed beef & lamb and chicken that is 100% free from antibiotics & added hormones”, so I fell in love with the brand philosophy and ordered the ‘SuperPower Salad’.

Ingredients.

Grilled chicken breast

Avocado

Beetroot

Almonds

Cherry tomatoes

Cos Lettuce

Carrot

Mint

Extra virgin olive oil

Quinoa (extra at $1.50)

Food came right on time after ordering, in fact I was looking at the chef through the transparent kitchen glass while he was preparing it.

I love the shape of the plate and presentation was cool.

I started to eat with an expectation for some ‘yumminess’ in my mouth.

The chicken wasn’t sweet, it was as if nothing (salt, spice) was added to it at all. 

I also feel with the extra $1.50 I paid for Quinoa, there should be some good quantity in the salad but it looks it was just sprinkled on it.

Overall, for $15.00 worth of salad, my expectation was higher than what I got. An extra dash of olive oil would have made the salad juicer too.

I score the food 5/10.

The staff no doubt are good and friendly and the cafe setup was cool.

I will be back again to try a burger.

Back strain is one of the most common exercise injuries. It turns out that one of the most common exercises is likely to be causing it.

***I kind of agree with the writer, as i grow older and become more fitness conscious, i have fears  over hurting my back due to exercises like sit-ups and he use of some gym equipment.***

***I may have to do more of planking in my home exercises, while i cut sit-ups in my quest to have a flat tummy.***

This is the ‘RAW’ deal loaded with Spinach, which is a vegetable that is loaded with lots of nutrients particularly antioxidants  which is good of your well-being.

Ingredients.

1 Cup Frozen Spinach

1 Carrot

5 Strawberries

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs

2 Tablespoons of raw Honey

2 Cups Coconut Water

1 Cup of Water.

How to make your NachCaories smoothie.

Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria free.

Cut the Carrot into smaller bits.

Dice the Strawberries.

Add the Coconut water.

Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer, add water and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.

Serve and enjoy.
