Back strain is one of the most common exercise injuries. It turns out that one of the most common exercises is likely to be causing it.
***I kind of agree with the writer, as i grow older and become more fitness conscious, i have fears over hurting my back due to exercises like sit-ups and he use of some gym equipment.***
***I may have to do more of planking in my home exercises, while i cut sit-ups in my quest to have a flat tummy.***
