NachCaories Smoothie

This is the ‘RAW’ deal loaded with Spinach, which is a vegetable that is loaded with lots of nutrients particularly antioxidants  which is good of your well-being.


1 Cup Frozen Spinach

1 Carrot

5 Strawberries

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs

2 Tablespoons of raw Honey

2 Cups Coconut Water

1 Cup of Water.

How to make your NachCaories smoothie.

Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria free.

Cut the Carrot into smaller bits.

Dice the Strawberries.

Add the Coconut water.

Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer, add water and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.

Serve and enjoy.
