3 Cups Blueberries

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds – “Chia Seeds are known as one of the best sources of complete, plant-based protein, excellent fiber and Omega-3 fatty acids.”
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds – Health Benefits
- Contains plant omega-3
- Easily digested
- Rich in minerals
- Rich source of phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, calcium and iron
Add all ingredients into the big cup of your smoothie maker.
Extract for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
Serve on ice an enjoy.
