If you like it raw and green, you will love this smoothie.
1 Cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
1 Cup Broccoli
1 Cup Parsley
1 Green Apple
1 Tablespoon Ginger (grated)
1 Teaspoon Spiriluna Powder
1 Teaspoon Wheat Grass
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
3 Cups of Water.
How to Make it?
Wash the vegetables probably using water and white vinegar.
Add all the ingredients into the large cup of your juicer/blender/extractor.
Blend until smooth for 1 minute.
Add a few ice cubes and enjoy.
