Banana, Cacao, Chia Seeds (NanaChoco) Smoothie #JustThreeSeries
In continuation of our #JustThreeSeries, i present to you Banana, Cacao & Chia seeds in Almond milk smoothie.
For those with sweet tooth, this is the real deal and a viable alternative to chocolate or ice cream.
1 Banana (organic preferred).
1 TbspCacao (organic preferred).
1 Tpsp Chia seeds (organic preferred).
1 Cup Almond milk (organic preferred).
Cut you Banana into small pieces
Add 1 tablespoon of Cacao
Add 1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
Add 1 cup of Almond milk
Blend until smooth for approximately 40 seconds
Serve in a cup and enjoy.
