Spinach, Blueberries, Pineapple Smoothie #JustThreeSeries

In continuation of our #JustThreeSeries, i present to you Spinach, Blueberries and Pineapple Smoothie.
This isn’t sweet or sour, just mild and good for your system. It is reportedly good as inflammation relief especially if you have done a lot of hardwork at the gym. I took this and it worked for me.
Ingredients.
2 handfuls Spinach
½ Cup Blueberries
½ Cup Pineapple
1 Teaspoon Maca powder
2 cups Water
How to make it?
Add all the ingredients listed in your blender/extractor cup.
Extract until smooth , serve and enjoy.
