My smoothie of the day is nicknamed NanaCoCo .
It came out quite nice, yummy and filling. I will do that again for breakfast in days to come.
Ingredients.
2 Cups Kale (my favorite vegetable)
1 Cup Blueberry & Red grapes (mixed)
1 Banana
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
3 Cups Coconut water
How to make it?
Add all the ingredients listed in your blender/extractor cup.
Extract until smooth , serve and enjoy.
