Barramundi, Spinach & Baby Peas. #DinnerLunchIdeas

Barramundi Spinach & Peas (1)

I had this delicious meal for dinner this week, it was quite yummy and feeling.

The good thing is, it can be made within 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your fish done.

Ingredients

Barramundi Fish

Spinach

Baby Peas (frozen).

Onion  (2)

Garlic & Coriander salad dressing.

How To?

Wash your spinach and place in a strainer for water to drain.

Marinate the fish with your favourite spices, herbs and salt.

Smear your fry pan with 3 teaspoons of Olive oil and pre-heat for few minutes.

Dice your onions.

After 2 minutes of pre-heating the fry pan, pour the diced onions into the pan and stir.

Leave onions to fry for 2 minutes.

Place your fish on the onions, which serves as a base to prevent the fish from sticking to the pan or getting burnt.

Make sure fish is continuously turned over, every 3 minutes, for equal exposure to heat.

Steam the frozen baby peas for 3 minutes.

Once fish is done, serve on a plate with the spinach and baby peas, sit and enjoy.

No doubt China is staying ahead of the game on all fronts.

More power to women worldwide, a wealthy woman means a wealthy town or city, I believe women are more compassionate and generous with their wealth.
