Melccoli Smoothie
One of the reasons why i love making smoothies is the opportunity to play around with colours.
I love the colour pink, and i dedicate this to everyone going through one of cancer or the other.
Ingredients
Broccoli – 5 sprigs
Watermelon- 2 cups
Grapefruit (juice)- 1/2
Red Apple – 1
Flax Seeds
Chia Seeds
Sesame Seeds
How to make your Melccoli Smoothie
Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria and harmful chemicals free.
Squeeze your grapefruit and orange into a container.
Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer, blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.
