Life is short,have fun!!!

Lifestyle, Travel & Photography. If you want a lifetime memory, take a photo.

Wishing you a fruitful year.

It is good to start this year on a fruitful note as it is my prayer that you will be fruitful in all your endeavours in 2016.

So after an early morning shot of warm water, lemon and apple cider vinegar to clear my system of the excess luggage in my tummy due to having lots to eat during the Christmas celebrations, I decided to start on a fruitful note being the 1st day of the year.

Healthy living is not a destination, it is a lifestyle so we need to start early.

You are welcome to try this lovely juice.

Ingredients.

Watermelon – 3 cups

Cucumber – ½

Lemon – ½

Apple – ½

Water – 1 cup

How to make this lovely juice.

Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria and harmful chemicals free.

Cut the watermelon leaving the out the rind.

Slice the cucumber into smaller bits.

Squeeze the lemon in other to get the juice.

Cut the Apple and remove the seeds and core.

Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer, blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.

It is best enjoyed cold, so leave in the fridge for 30 minutes or use a few cubes of ice.

  1. This is a great way to get awesome nutrition in! I recently got a NutriBullet and have been loving it as an easy and convenient way to mix a ton of fruits, veggies, vitamins and minerals, even proteins! I love putting ground flax seed into mine for extra Omega!
