I haven’t used pears a lot in my smoothies , so i tried this out and actually loved it.
I think you should try it too and leave your feedback here so i know if you love it or not.
1 Green Apple
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
2 cups of Coconut milk
Steps to making your awesome ApPear Smoothie.
- Make sure all the fruits are thoroughly washed, if you are not using frozen fruits.
- Add 2 Cups of coconut milk
- Add the cut pear and apple.
- Blend all together for at least 60 seconds or until smooth.
- Allow to cool in the fridge or serve on ice.
