Melccoli Smoothie

One of the reasons why i love making smoothies is the opportunity to play around with colours.

I love the colour pink, and i dedicate this to everyone going through one of cancer or the other.

Ingredients

Broccoli – 5 sprigs

Watermelon- 2 cups

Grapefruit (juice)- 1/2 

Red Apple – 1

Flax Seeds

Chia Seeds

Sesame Seeds

How to make your Melccoli Smoothie

Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria and harmful chemicals free.

Squeeze your grapefruit and orange into a container.

Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer,  blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.

Slimberries Smoothie

 

If you are trying to lose some inches around your waistline, taking this smoothie as a meal replacement regularly e.g. dinner may help.

It came out with a calm taste, it is isn’t sweet or bitter which shows a blend between the vegetable and the fruits.

Ingredients 

Spinach – 2 handfuls

Raspberry (frozen) – 1/2 Cup

Strawberry (frozen)-  3

Grapefruit (juice)- 1/2 

Orange (juice) – 1

Water – 1 1/2 Cups

How to make your Slimberries smoothie.

Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria and harmful chemicals free.

BBQ Chicken & Coleslaw #DinnerIdeas

 

 

What to eat for dinner is always a big concern for those concerned with eating healthy or living a healthy lifestyle.

Meals for dinners should be light so our bodies are not over worked while we sleep since we won’t be burning the food eaten due to inactivity.

This meal for barbecued chicken and coleslaw with beetroot is a perfect idea for dinner and it is pretty easy and simple to make.

Ingredients.

Premixed, washed and ready to eat coleslaw with beetroot

Chicken drumsticks.

Salad dressing.

Ginger (grated)

Garlic (grated).

How to make your dinner.

Wash your chicken in water at least twice with lemon or lime.

Grate your Ginger and Garlic.

Add the grated Ginger and Garlic to the washed chicken

Add your favourite herbs, spices, salt and pepper to taste. 

Pour the premixed coleslaw in a salad bowl, add your preferred salad dressing and cover till when ready to eat.

Grill your chicken with low flame in order to get the perfect chicken with an awesome taste for about 20 -30 minutes.

I love the color, taste of the smoothie and it actually came out so nice.

Ingredients.

2 Cups Blueberries

4- 6 Strawberries

2 Red Apples

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds

Almond-Coconut Milk

How to make your CocoBerries smoothie.

Make sure all your fruits  are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria and harmful chemical free.

Dice your Strawberries.

Cut your Apple into 4 to make it easier to blend.

Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer, add the Almond/Coconut milk and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.

Serve and enjoy.
