CocoBerries Smoothie

This is to a weekend of awesomeness and one of the best smoothies for summer in in Australia.

I love the color, taste of the smoothie and it actually came out so nice.

Ingredients.

2 Cups Blueberries

4- 6 Strawberries

2 Red Apples

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds

Almond-Coconut Milk

How to make your CocoBerries smoothie.

Make sure all your fruits  are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria and harmful chemical free.

Dice your Strawberries.

Cut your Apple into 4 to make it easier to blend.

Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer, add the Almond/Coconut milk and blend for 60 seconds or until smooth.

Serve and enjoy.

This is the ‘RAW’ deal loaded with Spinach, which is a vegetable that is loaded with lots of nutrients particularly antioxidants  which is good of your well-being.

Ingredients.

1 Cup Frozen Spinach

1 Carrot

5 Strawberries

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs

2 Tablespoons of raw Honey

2 Cups Coconut Water

1 Cup of Water.

How to make your NachCaories smoothie.

Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed in water with drops of white Vinegar to ensure it is bacteria free.

Cut the Carrot into smaller bits.

Add the Coconut water.

Make sure all your fruits and vegetables are thoroughly washed i water with drops of vinegar to ensure it is bacteria free.

Cut the Cucumber into smaller bits.

Cut your Apple into 4 to make it easier to blend.

Cut the Lemon and squeeze the juice into a cup.

Add all the ingredients into the cup of your extractor/blender/juicer, add water and blend for 45 seconds or until smooth.

Welcome to the month of December.

It is 24 days to Christmas and i am already thinking of the smoothie theme and recipes for Christmas.

Here is a quick one made just for you to kickstart the new month.

It came out so nice and also sweet, i believe you will love it.

Ingredients.

2 Medium Carrots

1 Red Apple

1 Grapefruit

1 Tablespoon Sunflower seeds

2 Cups of Coconut Water

1 Cup of Water.

How to make it?

Wash all the fruits and vegetables to be used.

Dice the Carrots.

Cut the Apple and remove the core.

Pour into the cup of your blender, juicer or extractor.

Blend until smooth for 1 minute.

Serve in a cup and enjoy.

It may be hard to eat more than 1 carrot at once but you can have as many as you like in a smoothie.

Here is a simple smoothie for vegetable lovers.

Ingredients.

3 pieces of medium carrots

3 Tablespoons of Sunflower Seeds.

1 Cup of Water.

Blend together until smooth for up to 1 minute.

Serve on ice and enjoy.

Royal Beets Smoothie

One thing i love about making smoothies is the ability to generate and play around with colours.

My Royal beets came out in the colour for royals as i believe we should treat our bodies like royals and our internal organs as princes and princesses.

Ingredients

I made this for two so you can reduce ingredients by half if it is just for one.

How To Make Your Royal Beets Smoothie?

Wash your Beetroots properly and cut both ends.

Peel the Banana

Add the ingredients into the large cup of your respective extractor, in my own case i use the tall cup of the Nutribullet.

Add two cups of Almond Milk.

Blend until smooth for about 40 seconds.

Allow to cool in the fridge or serve with ice and enjoy.
